I'm sure by now we've all seen this video of Noah Kalina, where he had taken a photo of himself once a day, every day, for six years and merged them all together into one video slideshow montage sort of thing.
He started taking the photos in January 2000, and the video shows each photo sequentially. Today as it stands the video has had at least 21,602,543 views on YouTube, and it is also hosted on Vimeo.
Noah originally planned for the piece to be a photo project but decided to make it a video piece after being inspired by another artists work with time lapse portraits.
He is a photographer by profession and the video has certainly done a lot for his career; he's become a pretty successful snapper!
Earlier this year, alongside William Wilkinson, Oliver White and Adam Lisagor, Noah created the 'Everyday' app for iPhone, which reminds you to take a photo of yourself everyday, stores them and helps you to create your own 'everyday' videos. I don't have an iPhone 4 so I wish they had an app like this for my r4 3ds, I might just start taking the photos myself on my DS!
